Welcome back from the long holiday weekend. I hope you each still have all your fingers and toes!!
We're going to dive into this week with a little more 'oomph'. I've decided that I will open the cafeteria doors earlier each day to allow access to the Beverages and Grab & Go items. I usually get in by 9AM so, that'll probably be the unofficial opening time. Additionally, as we're prepping on Mondays and Fridays, I'll open the doors while I'm here to give you a chance to access the Beverages and Grab & Go items on those days, as well. Mondays and Fridays will vary a bit with my weekly errands. Basically, if the doors are open, you're welcome to venture in!
The Soup/Salad Bar and Hot Lunch Counter hours of operation will stay the same: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.
I noticed that we ran out of several items rather quickly last week so, I'm going to be adding a survey to these blog posts to try to more accurately guesstimate quantities of the hot items for each day.
