It's. Happening.

I've finally got permission to reopen The Cafeteria!! Woot! They have a few small finishing touches to complete before I can reset everything on the back counter so, we're going to take this week to clean, get organized, and get set to open NEXT WEEK.

You've all been so kind to me over the past couple of months when I've caught you in the halls or outside... I'm feeling revitalized and ready to get the cafeteria back up and running so that I can see your smiling faces, again!

A few changes that I've made include:

This Cafeteria webpage! I'll be sharing the weekly menus in 'blog' form, now.
Open Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 11:00AM-2:30PM for lunch [with hopes to eventually expand into Mondays and open earlier with breakfast options each day]
I will have a hot lunch available on Wednesday, now: Taco Bar, Burger Bar, etc.
Lower prices on several of the pre-packaged Grab & Go items
A simplified Salad Bar with room for more pre-made salads: Caesar, Wonton, Pasta, Broccoli, etc.
Additional house made wraps and sandwiches
