Happy AUGUST! This heat is wearing me down... I'm ready to start thinking about Fall. Alas, I'll have to wait just a bit longer!


I've got some new stuff in the Grab & Go coolers that I nearly forgot to tell you about! Greek yogurt drinks, individual packets of Ken's Dressings for your salads (scan the barcode), additional flavors of Alani Nu energy drinks, Joyba Green Tea with Popping Boba, La Croix, and Sunkist Orange Soda. If you've ever got suggestions for the Grab & Go stuff, let me know.


I will be doing some adjustments on pricing in the coming weeks so if you notice some changes, that is why. You all know groceries are expensive right now so, I've got to make sure I'm keeping up with my costs. I appreciate your understanding while I make these changes.


Finally, I've added a new team member; his name is Bobby. He's helping me with dishes and cleaning. So, if you happen to see him around, say 'hi!'

Can you believe July is over??? What is happening?! This year is flying by...


Once again, you all showed out for Brunch on Wednesday last week. I'm doing B&G, again, this week. I'll keep experimenting with quantities and taking suggestions until I get it just right!


For one of our lunches, we're having Chicken Tikka Masala, a common Indian dish that you can find at every Indian restaurant in town. If you're not familiar with Indian food, this is a good time to try it. Mine has a very mild (no heat) tomato-yogurt sauce that is warm and wholesome. When you pair that with the fluffy Basmati rice and garlic naan, you'll have a happy tummy - I promise! [My mouth is watering just thinking about it.]

I have no words to describe how grateful I was to see you for Brunch this past Wednesday. There was a LINE... I love lines! Thank you, thank you to everyone who showed up to share your love for breakfast. I've decided that Wednesdays will be Brunch-days!


I'm excited to share my Number 1 Menu from my corporate rotation this week: Korean BBQ Beef Bowls! They're everybody's favorite. I hope you take the chance to give it a taste!
